The VC&E management team brings to VC&E the dedication and seasoned management skills required to produce a world-class transformation and energy company. The following is a list of VC&E Directors, key members of the management and advisor team.

P. G. "Gere" Johansing, Jr. - Chairman, President, is the inventor of five registered US patents related to heat exchange, asphalt road maintenance, and hazardous waste disposal, and has extensive background in waste processing technology. He is the co-inventor of the VGCS. His undergraduate education at the University of Santa Clara and San Diego State University focused on geology with emphasis in chemistry.

Harry Gesner - Director, Advisor, is one of Southern California's well known architects. His famous homes have been featured in Malibu Magazine , Vanity Fair and Architectural Digest . He was the principal architect of the showcase Madisonville Waste Recovery plant and is co-inventor of the VGCS.

Shelley Ke - Director, Vice-President of Administration was the founder and managing director of a packaged tissue-manufacturing company, an administrative manager of an advertising company (SchenChen Advertisement Company) in China, and taught economic geography in GongXiao Business School in GuangDong, China. Mrs. Ke is a skilled Chinese writer and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Thomas J. Nauman, P.E. - Vice-President of Project Development, is experienced in R&D, project management and production support. He is a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence, and earned a 6-Sigma Green Belt. Mr. Nauman received a B.S. Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, Ames and is a California Registered Professional Engineer.

Benson Tsai, PhD - Advisor, currently employed by Bayer HealthCare where he applies his extensive experience towards developing, optimize and manufacture low cost, high performance glucose electrochemical sensor. He supported development of nano-structural materials for hydrogen fuel cells at Chevron Texaco Ovonics . Dr. Tsai earned a BS in organic chemistry, North Louisiana University, a MS in Macromolecular Engineering, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a PhD, Organic Chemistry, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Guang Yang - Advisor, currently a senior project advisor for Booze & Company (former Booze Allen Hamilton), as well as one of the founding team members and VP of a healthcare service company in China. He serves as a consultant for many Fortune 500 companies operating in China and supports VC&E in their relationships with Chinese vendors. Mr. Yang received a B.S. and M.S. in physics at Beijing University, China, a M.S. in physical statistics at Louisiana University, and an M.B.A. at the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.

Brendon Hausberger, PhD - Advisor, is research manager at the Centre of Materials and Process Synthesis (COMPS), University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa (Wits). His expertise is process synthesis, with particular focus on distillation, reactor design and optimization. He has a long list of publications. He holds a BS ChE and PhD ChE Wits.

Daniel Wolf - legal consultant, J.D. (Harvard Law School) and Ph.D. (abd, University of California, San Diego) is Chairman of Advanced Earth Technologies. He is founder and president of Terra Segura International, was the founding Director of the TransBorder Institute at the University of San Diego, and consulted to the U.S. Attorney for Southern district of California. His awards include a fellowship from the Thomas J. Watson, Jr. Foundation for research in India and a Fulbright for research in Central America. His background has given him great depth of experience and numerous business and government contacts around the world.
